The teaching model of Vatel schools is based on a perfect balance of theory and practical experience. In order to achieve this goal, regardless of the fact that our students are at Vatel Istanbul, Buenos Aires or Paris, VATEL Group make sure that they will graduate with an entry level experience, which enables them to acquire skills and knowledge, and yet this by itself is sufficient to successfully start their career.

Apart from the distinctive Business Administration and Management core classes, VATEL Istanbul supports its students with English courses along with French or Spanish as a second language through 3 years. Please see below the content of our education program as well as information on locations and internships.




Internships are for up to 5 months, in 5-star international chain hotels or luxury boutique hotels. Students are assisted with finding the hotels where they will do their internship. VATEL Istanbul’s management team will review the preferences of students and confirm the training destinations. Trainee salaries (if they exist) may vary by country.

Our local partner, Istanbul KENT University delivers yearly student certificates and at the end of the 3rd year, students are eligible to receive VATEL Bachelors Degree from France. Students are registered to our local partner university and eligible to receive student status.
